PARTICIPATION:
All secondary students are invited to participate in the
coming SAMURA International Cultural, Sports and Educational Festival.

Rules
and Regulations :
- Students must be of 13 – 18 years of age.
- Participants from SICSEF Member is required to pay the participation fee of RM80 (Group) and RM30 (Individual)
- Participants from non-SICSEF member is required to pay the participation fee of RM150 (Group) and RM50 (Individual)
- Competitions
and workshops will be held according to SAMURA’s format.
- Travelling
expenses from participating countries to SAMURA are of own expenses.
- Accomodation forStudents - are provided at SAMURA's hostel on a first-come first-serve basis.
- Accomodation for Officers / Teachers / Chaperon are not provided but we may arrange for stay at nearby hostels or homestay at reasonable rates.
- Meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided at SAMURA's dining hall throught the stay)
- The
organizer SHALL NOT be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that
may incur during the competition. However, the organizing committee shall
take precautionary actions before the start of the competition.
- Confirmation
of participation shall be made TWO months before the date of the
competition.
- Send
in the registration form to the SICSEF Secretariat before the closing date
which is on 31 MAY 2012.
- It
is COMPULSORY that all participating schools bring along their national
and school flags.
- Every participant will be awarded certificate of participation and prizes will be given to the winning participants.
